Emmanuel is a loving dad and a grateful person. He understands that life and time are gifts, and he seeks to enrich your life with the time you give him.

Raised in College Station, Texas, he is shaped by the values that bind humanity together. He understands that as humans, our biological needs are the same and some of our non biological needs are also consistent amongst people.

He was a US Soccer All-American while competing as a NCAA Division 1 soccer player at the University of Dayton, Ohio. Because of his love of life, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He pursued a professional soccer playing career and competed for 4 years before returning to graduate school to earn his Master’s Degree in Sports Administration. He came to Las Vegas in 2006 and graduated with a Doctorate in the College of Education at University of Nevada Las Vegas all before turning 30 years old in 2009.

He has been honing his skills as a public speaker through teaching at UNLV since 2006. He has been an administrator before, and now a full time Professor at UNLV since 2016. His primary gifts are teaching and motivation. He seeks to inspire and motivate you and your team to achieve their highest potential. He knows that there are consistencies in the habits of high performers. He seeks to share these habits so that you and your team can perform at the highest levels.

He also understands that humans make better decisions and perform better when their life is based on core values and principles.
